Paola Ardila-Riley, MS

Paola has been working with children, teens, families, and women for ten years.

She uses “hands-on approaches,” as well as, mindfulness, CBT, EMDR, and talk therapies to help her clients process thoughts/emotions, learn coping strategies and gain confidence in relationships and in themselves.

She provides a warm, caring therapeutic approach to each person, creating a safe environment to facilitate behavioral and emotional changes and improve over-all well-being. Paola understands that each child, teen or family is unique, and her approach will vary according to age, background and family dynamics. She has experience with a variety of concerns including trauma, anxiety, grief, emotional and mood dysregulation, family changes, academic challenges and/or low self- esteem.

For many years, Paola has worked as a Behavioral Health Specialist and School Counselor for the Palm Beach County School system. She received her B.S. in psychology from FAU and her M.S. at Palm Beach Atlantic University in Mental Health Counseling and School Counseling. Paola Is registered in the state of Florida as a Mental Health Counselor and School Counselor.
